To provide the Software’s services, verify user identity, and process transactions, Ludonix YBX Holdings Inc. collects the following categories of data:
A. Personal Identifiable Information (PII): During account registration and authentication, we collect your email address. Additionally, during the checkout and payment process via our third-party processors, we collect your name and billing information. This data is used to manage your account, provide access to the Software, communicate service updates and tailor marketing material for your best experience and informing you about our products and services.
B. Game Data: As previously disclosed, the Software performs read-only observation of in-game coordinates. This data is processed to provide context-aware AI guidance.
C. Visual and User Content: Screenshots or "captures" are transmitted to the AI Gateway only upon a User-initiated "on-demand" request. These images are used to identify in-game puzzles or objects.
D. Tracking and Marketing Data: We utilize web-based tracking technologies. these tools collect information about your interactions with our website and software to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and to provide you with relevant advertisements based on your interests.
E. Device Identifiers (HWID): When you utilize the Launcher, we collect a unique Hardware ID (HWID). This is a technical string generated from your device’s hardware configuration. Unlike your PII, this data is used strictly for technical verification and is not used to track your personal identity or location outside of the Software’s ecosystem.
F. Payment Identifiers (Card Fingerprints): When you enter payment details, our processor generates a unique "fingerprint" for your card. This is a secure, encrypted string that allows us to recognize a specific card without ever seeing or storing your actual 16-digit card number or CVC code.
Ludonix YBX Holdings Inc. uses the collected information for the following purposes:
Service Delivery: To authenticate your session, maintain your account, and provide real-time AI guidance.
Payment Processing: To facilitate secure transactions for subscriptions or licenses.
Security and Anti-Fraud: To prevent unauthorized use, cracking, or redistribution of the Software.
Marketing and Growth: To analyze user behavior on our web platforms and deliver targeted advertising across external social media and search platforms. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing use.
Hardware Verification and Trial Management: We use your HWID to ensure compliance with our "One Trial Per Machine" policy. By mapping an HWID to a specific User ID, we prevent the systematic abuse of our free trial system and protect the financial viability of our independent startup. This process is essential for the security and continued development of the Arcflow Protocol.
We utilize specialized third-party providers to ensure the security and performance of the Software. By using the service, you acknowledge the following data hand-offs:
A. User Authentication: Our account and login systems are powered by third-party backend services. Your email and encrypted credentials are stored and managed through these secure infrastructures.
B. Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Stripe. While Ludonix YBX Holdings Inc. does not store sensitive banking details, we do receive and store the unique card fingerprint and last four digits provided by Stripe. This data is used solely for the purpose of fraud prevention, enforcing subscription limits, and identifying "Trial Hopping" behavior.
C. AI Processing: Text and visual data (screenshots) are processed via third-party AI APIs. These providers are strictly used for the processing of requests and are not permitted to use your specific user data for their own independent model training without your consent.
D. Analytics and Advertising: Information collected via pixels and trackers is shared with social media and search engine providers to optimize our advertising efforts.
Retention: Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. Game telemetry and visual captures are discarded after the specific AI request is fulfilled unless manually flagged by the User for support review.
Security: We implement industry-standard AES encryption and SSL/TLS protocols for data in transit. While we take exhaustive measures to protect your data, the User acknowledges that no transmission over the internet or storage system is 100% secure.
Location of Data: As we utilize global cloud infrastructure, your data may be stored or processed in jurisdictions outside of Canada (including the United States). These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than those of British Columbia.
Marketing Opt-Out: You may opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting your "Cookie Preferences" on our website or by using "Do Not Track" features in your web browser.
Data Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated email data at any time. Note that deletion of account data will result in the immediate termination of your software license.
